Is Unicorn Finder free to join?
Yes. A free Classic membership lets you build your profile, browse members, get daily match suggestions, post to the Activity Feed and send a limited number of messages each day. VIP and VIP Plus are optional, and you can upgrade or cancel online at any time.
Will Unicorn Finder show on my bank statement?
No. A paid membership only ever shows as a discreet, non-descript transaction – never the name of the site.
What's the difference between VIP and VIP Plus?
VIP adds unrestricted messaging, advanced search filters, exclusive chat rooms, private group chats, rewinding swipes and seeing everyone who likes you. VIP Plus includes all of that, plus exclusive matches, priority placement for your messages and likes, and a place at the top of every potential match's daily suggestions.
Can I use Unicorn Finder on my phone?
Yes. The full site works in any desktop or laptop browser, and on your phone you can add it to your home screen as a web app – both in all markets. Native iPhone, iPad and Android apps are available in selected markets.
Do I have to verify my ID?
No – it's optional, and free for every member. Verifying puts a badge on your profile. If you'd rather not share documents, our team can review and validate your profile instead.
How are my daily matches chosen?
Matching looks at your age and gender preferences, where you are, how recently members have been active, the kind of relationship you want, lifestyle habits and your interests. It makes the introductions; the chemistry is up to you.
